breakfast: 2 weetabix & almond milk (hea/ heb)
Lunch: I had subway BBQ burnt ends on a flatbread with lettuce, aweetcorn, onions and BBQ sauce. I’m going to guess it was about 15 syns based on the calories of it on the subway website / 20.
dinner: Mum is planning to make a fake away from the SW recipe book. I’m hoping for Thai but think I’d might be Indian cuisine which will be tasty too. (No syns)
