breakfast: bacon (fat etc removed), fried egg w frylight, baked beans and 2 slices of whole meal toast. Super filling! (Syn free, bread was my heb)
lunch : pasta with 40g reduced fat cheddar (hea), fried peppers & onions with cooked gammon from a few days ago (syn free) its so little ana mount of cheese, I used to pile cheese on things!!
Dinner: marinated chicken from m&s coconut and mango, veg, sw potato wedges (syn free)
