Day 24 – (Weds 17th may)

Happy hump day to whoever reads this :p

bfast/ almond milk, banana and weetabix ( heb/ hea/ free)

Work snacks: apple and nectarine

lunch: leftover fakaway pad Thai and green curry from Tuesday mmmmm drool 😍

Dinner: chicken skewers from spoons? (3 syns for any oil used)

had a milkybar when I got in from Pilates (3.5 syns)

daily syns: 6.5

weekly total (mon-sun) : 28.5 / 55 (readjusted from 105 to compensate for last week’s synfest)
