Back on it this week 💪🏻 Would love to lose another 2lbs by Friday!

breakfast: 2 weetabix, banana, almond milk ( hexb , hexa, free)

snacks apple, banana

lunch : chicken, salad, 8 olives (1 syns) and fat free dressing (free)

dinner: rice with veg, ostrich steak,  lamb steak (free), cheesy aubergine dish (15 syns?)
